About the Role

Sea Global is partnering with a prestigious Education institution investing heavily in its procurement capabilities. As the university undergoes a transformation, they seek a Procurement Manager to drive value and innovation across Estates & FM categories.

Whether you're an experienced Procurement Manager or a Buyer/Procurement Officer ready to advance, this role offers the chance to lead impactful projects in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads.
• Manage competitive tenders and procurement specifications, including Framework Agreements.
• Create and deliver category plans aligned with long-term goals.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience managing indirect procurement categories.
• Proven ability to deliver value through strategic procurement.
• Understanding of public sector procurement regulations (PCR2015, OJEU, UCR, Procurement Act).
• CIPS qualification is a plus but not essential.
