  • Partner with assigned Sourcing Managers to develop negotiation strategies, independently compile necessary documentation, and conduct impact analyses to drive informed decision-making and favourable negotiation outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyse key supplier performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities to enhance sourcing effectiveness, improve supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and foster supplier relationships, working closely with internal stakeholders to address issues, optimize performance, and contribute to long-term, value-driven partnerships.
  • Ability to manage a project or small team from initiation to closure.

Minimum Education Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree is usually required with 5+ years of experience in business, finance, supply chain, or life science field.
