Job summary

Sitka Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a talented Procurement Manager in the UK to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings. You will report to a senior finance leader and have autonomy with managerial support.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and experience managing a small purchasing team. Hybrid working with a Cardiff base is offered along with a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

We are delighted to be working with this successful and growing business. Having invested in new systems and upgraded its IT infrastructure, the organisation is now looking for a talented Procurement Manager who is highly organised, process-driven and keen to make an impact.

You’ll have the appetite to improve processes and take ownership, with a good grasp of supplier relationships, contracts, negotiations and pricing. You’ll be confident working across different departments, building strong relationships and getting into the detail to find answers and resolve issues.

You will report to an approachable and supportive senior finance leader who genuinely encourages development, new ideas and professional growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for autonomy whilst still having the support of an experienced manager.

The Job

Salary & benefits

• Up to £50,000 - £55,000 for an exceptional candidate.
• Hybrid and flexible working - minimum 3 days per week in the Cardiff office.
