Job summary

Une société de finance indépendante située au Royaume-Uni recherche un Senior Procurement Specialist pour un contrat à durée déterminée de 4 mois. Ce rôle crucial implique de diriger la sélection et l'implémentation d'un nouveau système d'entreprise afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et soutenir les plans de croissance. Le candidat idéal aura une solide compréhension de la loi sur les contrats et de l'approvisionnement stratégique, avec au moins 7-10 ans d'expérience dans ce domaine, de préférence en services financiers.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 7 à 10 ans en approvisionnement stratégique, en sélection de logiciels d'entreprise.
• Connaissance des normes FCA nécessaires.

Responsibilities

• Elaborer et planifier la stratégie d'approvisionnement pour la sélection du système.
• Diriger le développement des RFI/RFP et évaluer les fournisseurs.

From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Senior Procurement Specialist on a 4-month Fixed Term Contract to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans and lead the selection and implementation of a new core business system. This is a critical project aimed at streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and supporting the company's ambitious growth strategy.

The successful candidate will operate in a consultancy capacity, providing expert guidance and support to the programme, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance, minimising risk, and securing the best possible value.

Role responsibilities.

• Procurement strategy & planning for system selection
• Leading RFI/RFP development and vendor evaluation
• Contract negotiation and compliance with FCA standards
• Acting as procurement lead and key point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Supporting project delivery alongside the Programme Manager
• 7–10+ years in strategic procurement, especially around enterprise software selection
• Deep understanding of contract law, procurement best practices, and vendor negotiation
• Experience in financial services (asset finance a strong plus)
• Strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and project delivery skills
• Ideally MCIPS-qualified
