YTL UK is seeking a proactive Administrator to join our Procurement team in Bath. The role focuses on supplier onboarding, reporting, and supporting IT/AI initiatives, while helping organize user guidance for new members.

You will develop your procurement knowledge with ongoing training and participate in cross-team activities across the group. A strong IT foundation and data skills will be beneficial in this busy environment.

Qualifications

• Committed, proactive; good attention to detail and willingness to develop knowledge and experience.
• Training will be provided; prior sector experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers and manage administrative supplier activities.
• Create and provide standard reports for the Procurement team.
• Act as focal point for procurement on IT and AI internal projects.
• Help the team by creating user guidance for new members.
