Job summary

Lumensol Ltd is seeking a Procurement Support Officer to join our Commercial team in a remote/hybrid capacity. The role focuses on delivering compliant procurement consultancy services to public sector and housing clients, drafting documentation, and coordinating evaluation and governance processes.

You will support multiple procurement streams, ensure audit trails, and maintain robust records while working under the Procurment Act 2023 and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams to deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage procurement projects and workstreams.
• Draft procurement documentation (notices, SQs, ITTs, RFQs).
• Coordinate evaluation, governance, and timelines.
• Maintain auditable procurement records and minutes.
• Lead client meetings and workshops with the Managing Consultant.
• Ensure compliance with procurement legislation and internal policies.
• Develop high-quality reports and client briefings.
