Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a Procurement and Commercial Manager to support our Offshore Asset Management team in maintaining the fleet of offshore Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and infrastructure to maximize availability. Candidates should have experience with high-value contracts, preferably within Renewables or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Asset Management teams to ensure production and delivery targets are met, developing contract strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the Procurement & Commercial team to manage demand plans, budgets, and procurement activities within tight deadlines.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, joint ventures, lenders, and senior management.
• Oversee supply chain activities with an annual value of approximately £150m.
• Coordinate with Category Managers and the Head of Procurement & Commercial to ensure effective service delivery.
• Promote safety policies and practices internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with main suppliers and contractors, ensuring project delivery within budget and scope.

Candidate Profile

• Understanding of offshore wind markets, asset management support contracts, and procurement strategies.
• Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent, with professional recognition preferred.
• Experience leading procurement teams, managing contracts, and supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and improvement strategies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influence, leadership, and dispute resolution skills.
