Ocado Group in Hatfield is seeking a permanent Procurement Excellence Analyst to join our lean team. You will manage core procurement applications, develop deep platform knowledge, and help shape the next‑generation Agentic AI ecosystem.

You will build training programs, deliver reports, and support risk and policy governance. This role combines technical ownership with cross‑functional collaboration to drive efficiency and innovation across Ocado's procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for tech and AI applications in procurement.
• Ability to learn platform internals and become SME.
• Interest in automating workflows and agentic AI.
• Clear communication of system outputs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer applications within core procurement tech suite.
• Develop deep platform knowledge and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Contribute to building and rolling out Agentic AI procurement ecosystem.
• Design and deliver training to maximise system utilisation.
