Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive global expansion by leading end-to-end supply and delivery for Third-Party MHE. You will build strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts and support the delivery of goods to schedule while meeting budget and quality standards.

The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in Hatfield and travel to supplier sites in the UK and abroad, requiring strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Procurement and effective supplier management.
• Experience of sourcing and contracting MHE goods and services.
• Supplier negotiation including commercial and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product development and projects to manage product specs from concept to supply.
• Lead supplier relationship management with key suppliers.
• Assess impact of engineering changes with suppliers and implement changes into the supply chain.
