Job summary

JobsTrackR's manufacturing client is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join a tight-knit team in Witney, Oxfordshire. The role focuses on supporting production by handling purchasing and supplier coordination.

You will raise and manage purchase orders, chase deliveries, monitor stock in the MRP system, and work with Production, Stores and Quality to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration.
• Experience raising and managing purchase orders.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience using MRP or ERP systems.
• Good communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing purchase orders to support production requirements.
• Chasing suppliers and maintaining accurate delivery information within the MRP system.
• Monitoring stock levels and helping to resolve material shortages.
• Taking a proactive approach to supplier communication and order progression.
• Working closely with Production, Stores and Quality teams to support manufacturing activities.
