Job summary

PT Engineering & Manufacturing in Oxford is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support the purchasing team and keep materials flowing into production. You will raise purchase orders, track deliveries and keep ERP/MRP and Excel up to date.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration role.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Confident using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple orders and priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Raising and processing purchase orders.
• Chasing suppliers for order confirmations and delivery dates.
• Updating MRP and procurement systems with accurate information.
• Monitoring outstanding orders and resolving delivery issues.
• Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Working closely with production and planning teams to ensure materials are available when required.
