Job summary

Reliance High-Tech Limited is seeking a Procurement Officer to join a dedicated procurement team focused on delivering value, efficiency and continuous improvement across projects. The role involves guiding internal stakeholders, managing supplier relations and expediting purchase orders to meet delivery targets.

You will support cost reduction initiatives, work with ERP purchasing modules, and ensure compliant procurement processes while maintaining accurate records and supplier agreements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, including data analysis and manipulation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take on challenges
  • A strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering against key metrics
  • The ability to adapt and respond positively to challenging situations
  • Is proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Coordinate the timely processing and expediting of purchase orders to ensure delivery requirements are achieved
  • Manage supplier agreements, pricing structures, and rebate opportunities to help maximise commercial value
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and support compliance with internal procurement procedures and policies
  • Manage the purchasing element of the ERP system including; creating material codes, maintenance of supplier price lists, user access

Your Experience
  • Experience within a role of administration
Your Qualifications
  • Maths and English GCSE to a minimum Grade 4
  • Has Experience in administration, purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, including data analysis and manipulation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
