What You Will Do
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient supply of materials, products and services to meet operational and customer requirements. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate administrative activities, support purchasing processes, maintain accurate records and help ensure goods and services are delivered on time. This role is essential in supporting operational continuity, process efficiency and excellent service delivery.
This is a hybrid role based in Great Yarmouth, with four days per week in the office and one day working from home.

How You Will Do It
- Create and maintain purchase orders and supporting documentation in line with business requirements
- Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders as required
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to obtain quotations, confirm delivery dates and resolve administrative queries
- Maintain accurate records and update information within ERP and business systems
- Support inventory and stock administration activities to ensure data accuracy
- Produce reports and assist with tracking key operational and supplier performance data
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation within the ERP system
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, warehouse and finance teams to support day-to-day business activities
- Provide general administrative support to help improve processes and operational efficiency
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with company procedures
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination, customer service or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience using ERP, MRP or other business management systems would be advantageous
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
