Are you a highly organised administrator with a proactive mindset and a passion for supporting fast-paced teams?

We’re exclusively partnering with ABM, a global leader in integrated facility services, to find a Procurement Administrator to join their dynamic procurement and finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that powers some of the UK’s most iconic spaces—including airports, commercial buildings, and public venues.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Procurement Director and wider team with admin, scheduling, and reporting
  • Managing supplier and contractor communications
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and documentation
  • Assisting with onboarding, expenses, and internal processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in office or executive administration
  • Strong multitasking, organisation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
