Job summary

ProCook in Kingston is seeking a Sales Advisor for a permanent, part-time role (12 hours per week) with weekend work emphasis. Salary is £13.45 per hour, with a Real Living Wage status and target-based bonuses.

Come and join our team in our Kingston Store! We have a permanent contract working 12hrs per week with working pattern being mainly Saturday and Sunday with 1 potential weekday but some flexibility is required. This role will include keyholder duties. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

• Are confident, articulate, and comfortable talking with customers.
• Have worked in a customer-facing sales role.
• Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Have retail or customer service experience.
• You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.
• Can work flexibly, including weekends and peak times, based on a rota.
