ProCook Ltd. is hiring a Sales Advisor for our newly opened Fremlin Walk Maidstone store. This part-time role (10 hours/week) covers Tuesday and Thursday with weekend cover when required.

You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help shoppers choose the right tools for their cooking style. The role offers structured training, a real living wage equivalent salary at £13.45 per hour, and bonuses based on targets.

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our newly opened store in Fremlin Walk Maidstone! We have a part time permanent contract working 10hrs per week, working pattern will be Tuesday and Thursday with some weekend cover required
