Job summary

ProCook is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Mansfield store. The role focuses on welcoming customers, offering product guidance, and driving sales through excellent service.

Part-time contracts are available: 8 hours across two 4-hour shifts on weekends, and 12 hours across two 6-hour shifts. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, delivering product demonstrations, handling transactions, and contributing to a welcoming store environment.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

At ProCook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our established store in Mansfield! We have 2 permanent part time contracts working 12hrs, and 8hrs per week.

1. 8hrs - Working pattern 2 x 4hr shifts across both Saturday and Sunday

2. 12hrs - Working pattern 2 x 6hr shifts

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
