Job summary

Construction-Industry-Training-Board in the United Kingdom is seeking a Processing Services Team Leader to oversee the Apprenticeship Processing team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all apprenticeship activities.

You will coach and develop team members, act as the subject matter expert, and collaborate with employers, training providers and apprentices to deliver a seamless service. Hybrid working two days per week from NCC Scotland, Inchinnan, Scotland, PA4 9RQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Apprenticeship Processing team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring processes are accurate, efficient and meet targets.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance and act as the subject matter expert for apprenticeship processing activities.
• Support system and process improvements and collaborate with employers, training providers and apprentices to deliver a seamless service.

Target Salary:£37,312 per annum

Location: Hybrid working, approximately two days per week fromthe office,NCC Scotland,Inchinnan, Scotland, PA4 9RQ

About the Role

As a Processing Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Apprenticeship Processing team, ensuring all apprenticeship processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed standards and targets.

You’ll coach and develop team members to maximise performance, act as the subject matter expert for apprenticeship processing activities and support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you’ll help ensurea seamless experience for employers, training providers and apprentices.
