CITB is recruiting for a Processing Services Team Leader to oversee the Apprenticeship Processing team, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of apprenticeship processes. You will coach team members, act as the subject-matter expert, and collaborate with partners to improve systems and service quality.
The role emphasizes leadership, relationship building with stakeholders, and driving improvements in processing activities while maintaining compliance with standards.
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Contract: Permanent
Grade: TL1
Target Salary: £37,312 per annum
Location: Hybrid working, approximately two days per week from the office, NCC Scotland, Inchinnan, Scotland, PA4 9RQ
As a Processing Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Apprenticeship Processing team, ensuring all apprenticeship processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed standards and targets.
You’ll coach and develop team members to maximise performance, act as the subject matter expert for apprenticeship processing activities and support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you’ll help ensurea seamless experience for employers, training providers and apprentices.
