Job summary

CITB in Scotland is seeking a Processing Services Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership of the Apprenticeship Processing team, ensuring processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

You will coach and develop team members, act as SME for apprenticeship processing, and work with colleagues and external partners to deliver a seamless experience for employers, training providers and apprentices. Hybrid role, about two days per week in NCC Scotland, Inchinnan area.

Target Salary:£37,312 per annum

About the Role

As a Processing Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Apprenticeship Processing team, ensuring all apprenticeship processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed standards and targets.

You’ll coach and develop team members to maximise performance, act as the subject matter expert for apprenticeship processing activities and support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you’ll help ensurea seamless experience for employers, training providers and apprentices.
