Job summary

ADM Protexin Ltd seeks an experienced mechanical engineer to lead manufacturing projects, drive improvements in OEE, and manage technical transfers for new products. You will collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize processes and implement innovative approaches across the plant.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Dedicated to safety and the safety of others.
• Strong leadership to direct and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and apply them.
• Experience with optimization/analytical processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with equipment and project engineers on development and integration of new manufacturing and packaging designs and enhancements.
• Identify, lead and/or collaborate on projects to reduce losses and increase OEE: rates, yields, capacity, schedule attainment.
• Work closely with SME on tech transfer of new products and technologies for plant operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers and operators to benchmark the facility and standardize processes and equipment setups.
• Serve as a technical partner for site production, maintenance, leadership and external partners.
