Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable with engineering data and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and layouts.
• Support assembly, equipment installation, fabrication, processing and material handling.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and cost.
• Introduce automation, robotics and digital work instructions.
• Utilise 3D model data to optimise processes and develop digital work instructions.
• Define operations and build sequences based on materials and equipment requirements.
• Assess performance of equipment and tooling; drive improvement actions.
• Analyse manufacturing data to support SPC and continuous improvement.
