As a Process Technologist reporting to the Process and Innovation Manager, you will oversee product launches within a food manufacturing environment.
The company has a rich history of creating food enjoyed nationwide, with a portfolio of well-known brands available in supermarkets.
This position is suitable for professionals with experience in Process, Technical, Operations, or Engineering roles within chilled food manufacturing. It offers a chance to deepen your expertise in the Process function, working with a dedicated team and quality products.
Your daily tasks will include supporting project delivery for product launches, managing process aspects such as ordering materials and packaging, coordinating factory trials, and pre-production runs. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for data collection and reporting. Additionally, you will arrange shelf-life, nutritional, and microbiological testing, and verify finished product artwork.
Candidates should have at least 12 months of experience in chilled food manufacturing, with knowledge of concept-to-launch protocols and food manufacturing practices. Strong project management skills, IT proficiency, a full driver’s license, and flexibility to travel for product trials are required.
