Job summary

Intersurgical UK is seeking an experienced Process Technician to support development, optimisation and validation of manufacturing processes at our Wokingham site. You will help coordinate trials, train staff and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality practices.

The role is based in Site Engineering, with a 40-hour week and a strong emphasis on collaboration across departments to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to support production and quality objectives.
• Experience working with controlled documentation including work instructions and quality records.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support development, optimisation and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Assist with process qualification/validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Coordinate manufacturing trials and contribute to staff training.
• Promote continuous improvement of production processes and quality practices.
