Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd at the Broomfleet site near Gilberdyke is seeking a Process Technician to join our production team. You will promote a safety-first culture and sustain a rigorous process management system across the site.

You will analyse data, support maintenance and drive continuous improvement, with experience in PLC/SCADA, instrumentation and control systems. Collaboration with Process Manager and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory/production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA systems and instrumentation.
• NVQ3 or time-served apprenticeship in electrical/electronic engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver, control and instrumentation projects from design to commissioning.
• Perform planned, reactive, and proactive maintenance including fault finding and calibration.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings and project documentation.
• Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure process conditions stay within specifications and support production targets.
