Job summary

The Successful Candidate will join Intersurgical UK at our Head Office in Wokingham to support development, optimisation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. You will plan and execute IQ/OQ/PQ activities and contribute to qualification projects to ensure compliance with quality standards.

You will apply knowledge of medical device regulations to support compliant manufacturing, identify improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and qualification projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing.
• Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, optimisation, and improvement of manufacturing processes
• Plan and execute process qualification and validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ
• Contribute to validation and qualification projects to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards
• Apply knowledge of medical device regulations and requirements to support compliant manufacturing operations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and quality practices
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and achieve project objectives
