Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Water Process Technician to join our Water Supply Team, carrying out vital routine operations to ensure treated water meets required standards.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operational running of water treatment sites, operating machinery, monitoring processes, and problem solving across several sites, with full training provided and standby rota support.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn water production processes and operate treatment equipment.
• Flexible approach to working hours and standby rota requirements.
• Full UK driving licence is essential and Water Licence to Operate qualification is required.

Responsibilities

Salary – Circa £31,756 rising with experience

Location: Peterborough, Corby,Rutlandand surrounding areas

Permanent , 37 hours per week, full time + Overtime

This team-oriented position will see you joining our Water Supply Team, ensuring that the Water Supply process delivers treated water by carrying out vital routine operations.

You’llbe responsible forthe day-to-day operational running of water treatment sites.Operating machinery, monitoringprocessesand problem solving across several sites will all be part of this varied role, as well asmaintainingquality compliance and adhering to company policies and procedures.

We’ll provide full and on-going training to help you to understand in detail the water treatment process, you will train alongside an experienced Technician to ensure you gain all the skills and knowledge required, whilst also being involved in a Rota for standby to support out of hours.
