Process Support Engineer

Location: Cheltenham, UK (On-site)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Process Engineer to join our UK Supply team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in supporting production environments and driving forward innovative projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...
  1. Supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations across multiple production areas.
  2. Leading and participating in improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  3. Applying Lean and Agile methodologies to drive cost-effective solutions.
  4. Collaborating with the Lead Engineer on new technology integration and capital investment projects.
  5. Managing the introduction of new equipment and processes from concept to production handover.
  6. Implementing "Future Factory" solutions to ensure manufacturing capability meets future demand.
  7. Maintaining strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
Your previous experience is likely to include....
  1. A strong technical engineering background.
  2. Completion of a qualification in a manufacturing or engineering discipline.
  3. Hands-on experience with Lean and Agile manufacturing techniques.
  4. Familiarity with assembly and machining processes.
  5. Exposure to project management in a manufacturing context.
  6. Experience in fast-paced, diverse manufacturing environments.
