Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment is seeking a Process Operator Trainer for a well-established technical training provider in the United Kingdom. The role centers on delivering accredited Process Operator training to apprentices and corporate clients through teaching, training and practical assessment.

You will be a time-served process operator with a passion for sharing knowledge, delivering high-quality training, and building relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a time served process operator.
• Level 4 (or above) process qualification.
• Strong practical knowledge of process operations, plant systems and safe working practices.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to check work.
• Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative and without supervision.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure required tasks are monitored and prioritised.
• Ability to coach and influence a range of audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Process Operator accredited training courses through teaching, training and practical assessment methods.
• Carry out day to day duties/works associated with successful course delivery: preparing practical bays in workshop, remedial actions, responding to technical queries.
• Maintain best possible relations with clients and companies.
• Work in a self-motivated, team-based environment within this rewarding setting.
