Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Process Operator for the night shift in Scotland. You will join a busy manufacturing site, operating with modern equipment to maintain quality and safety across all processes.

The role focuses on teamwork, continuous improvement and developing technical knowledge while supporting 10:00pm–6:00am Sunday to Thursday shifts, on-site at EH54 5DN. Permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Are you ready to work with high-speed production processes and help keep operations running at their best?

As a Process Operator, you'll play an important role within a busy manufacturing environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Working with modern food production equipment and processes, you'll help ensure products are manufactured safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll join a supportive team where continuous improvement and personal development are actively encouraged, giving you the opportunity to build valuable skills and develop your career within a successful manufacturing business.

Working a shift pattern of Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am, gaining experience across different production activities while supporting the site's continuous manufacturing operation.

This provides exposure to multiple areas of the production process and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and operational expertise.
