Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Process Operator for the night shift in Scotland. You will join a busy manufacturing site, operating with modern equipment to maintain quality and safety across all processes.

The role focuses on teamwork, continuous improvement and developing technical knowledge while supporting 10:00pm–6:00am Sunday to Thursday shifts, on-site at EH54 5DN. Permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production or fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable in production environments and following established processes.
