Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Process Operator to join a busy manufacturing site in Scotland. You will work with modern production equipment to ensure quality, safety and efficiency across a high-volume process.

The role emphasizes teamwork, continual improvement and personal development within a supportive environment. The position operates on a 3-shift pattern (mornings/afternoons/nights) on-site at EH54 5DN, with a permanent contract and opportunities to gain experience across production

Working a within a rotating three-shift pattern, you can alternate between mornings, afternoons, and nights, gaining experience across different production activities while supporting the site's continuous manufacturing operation. This varied schedule provides exposure to multiple areas of the production process and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and operational expertise.
