Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Havant is recruiting a Process Operator/Forklift Driver for a 40-hour-per-week contract on a rotating 3-shift pattern (0700–1445, 1445–2245, 2245–0700). A current Counter Balance licence is required and you must be able to load and handle raw materials and ensure production targets are met.

You will set up machines, monitor quality, perform first-off QC tests as per schedule, and maintain housekeeping and ISO 9001 procedures.

Qualifications

• Counter Balance forklift licence required.
• Good general education; numerate and literate.
• Reliable team player able to work shifts and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to production specification and monitor product quality.
• Load raw materials and ensure production targets are met.
• Complete first-off quality control tests as per QC schedule.
• Inform supervisor of any quality deviations or issues.
• Maintain clear communication of production status to Shift Supervisor.
• Follow ISO 9001 procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping at all times.
• Adhere to all procedures related to equipment and activities.
