Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Machine Operator with a valid FLT licence to join our busy manufacturing team. You will operate production machinery safely, set up equipment, and carry out quality checks to ensure high standards.

Shifts run 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.96 per hour. The role involves loading materials, reporting faults, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing or production
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Setting up and monitoring machines to ensure smooth production
• Carrying out basic quality checks on finished products
• Loading materials and removing finished goods using an FLT
• Reporting any machine faults or maintenance issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
