Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Process Operator/Forklift Driver in Havant on an ongoing contract. The role involves 40 hours per week across a 3-shift rotating system (0700–1445, 1445–2245, 2245–0700) with day, night and afternoon patterns.

You will set up machines, load materials, monitor quality, perform first-off QC tests and inform the Shift Supervisor of production status while adhering to ISO 9001 and safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a current counterbalance forklift licence.
• Committed to accuracy with numerical data.
• Able to work well in a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery to specification and monitor product quality.
• Load raw materials and ensure production targets are met.
• Complete first-off QC tests and report deviations to supervision.
