Job summary

Matchtech client in Havant is seeking a Process Operator to join the production team. You will set up and operate machinery, monitor quality, and handle raw materials to support continuous processing.

The role follows a 40-hour week with rotating mornings, afternoons and nights. You will need good numeracy and literacy, a valid forklift license, and a proven, reliable work history in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery in line with defined specifications.
• Monitor product quality and carry out routine quality control checks.
• Accurately request, measure, and load raw materials as required for production.
• Maximise machine output while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status, issues, or deviations.
• Follow all operational procedures, including ISO-aligned quality processes.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and reporting hazards.
• Support the wider team and undertake additional duties as required by management.
