Main Responsibilities

1. Mixing/blending of fertilizers and industrial-grade materials.
2. Movement of solid raw materials on site using loading shovels.
3. Complete batch and stock recording associated with mixing and blending activities.
4. Operation of the blending and dispatch systems.
5. Operation of product import, export, and storage activities.
6. Participate fully in continuous improvement, waste elimination, and operational efficiency.
7. Actively participate in the Asset Care programs.
8. Conduct first-line maintenance activities.

Profile

• Good standard of general education.
• Experience working in an operational environment.
• Fork-lift truck and loading shovel licenses (advantageous, but not essential; training will be provided).
• Good knowledge of product storage, handling processes, and equipment.
• Good knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance requirements.
