Role: Process Operative Stock Room (Nights)
Salary: £12.67 per hour + £2.06 premium
Shift: Monday-Friday, 22:00-06:00
Location: Grimsby, Laforey Road

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Process Operative Stock Room to ensure all products are assembled correctly, to product specification, at the required food safety standard, and line speeds. To assist the Team Leader and production team to achieve operational targets and plans. Works collaboratively with other functions, taking a hands-on approach, and providing support, where required, outside core functional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities as a Process Operative Stock Room will include:

1. Be flexible in working, as there is a requirement to work in various line positions and areas of the factory. Tasks will be of the following nature: placement, filling and assembly of items, assembly of packaging, movement and collection of items.
2. Ensure full conformance to all safety rules, and all practices comply with Health and Safety policies and training.
3. Ensure the product is handled correctly and efficiently, ensuring the visual standard of the product is achieved, including distribution, and that correct quantities conform to line specifications.
4. Ensure that the targets for the line are met, specifically safety, quality, service, and cost.
5. Ensure the work area is kept clean, tidy, and conforms technically at all times.
6. Ensure legal requirements of all materials and processes are maintained, to produce safe food. Deliver the quality line standards, and so deliver customer satisfaction.
7. Check, as required, the environment for issues. Report all defects, both on safety and quality immediately to the Team Leader.
8. Communicate all ideas for improvements.
9. Communicate, and act upon instruction from the Team Leader, or other management, including their deputies.
10. Treat and promote company property, including equipment, with required care and attention. Eliminate careless damage.
11. Adhere to TR077 at all times.
