Matchtech Group is seeking a Process Operator in Havant to join its production team. You will set up and operate production machinery, monitor quality, request and load raw materials, and help maximize output while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

This role involves a 40-hour week with rotating shifts and requires a counterbalance forklift license, solid numeracy and literacy, reliability, and teamwork ability.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and reporting any hazards.
• Support the wider team and undertake additional duties as required by management.

Process Operator

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a Process Operator to join their production team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality materials within a fast-paced, continuous processing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work within a structured shift system while contributing to high operational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery in line with defined specifications.

Working Hours

40 hours per week

Rotating 3-shift pattern:

• Morning: 07:00 - 14:45
• Afternoon: 14:45 - 22:45
• Night: 22:45 - 07:00
