Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Dungannon is seeking a dedicated Process Operative Hangers to join our manufacturing team. You will process products in your department while upholding hygiene, quality and health & safety standards, and contribute to achieving production KPIs.

The role offers permanent, stable employment with training and progression opportunities. You will work on a rotating shift pattern (Team A) and be part of a supportive, safety‑focused environment within a busy food processing

Responsibilities

• Carry out processing duties (e.g. hanging, filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration as applicable).
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Produce a high standard of work consistently.
• Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks.
• Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
• Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Working Hours Are

• Team A Rotating shift 5+2
• Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun. Week 2 - Wed, Thurs.
• Time: 05:45-17:45

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out processing duties (e.g. hanging, filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work).
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
