Responsibilities

• Carry out processing duties (hanging, filleting, sealing, trimming, packing, defeathering or evisceration) as per area.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Produce a high standard of work consistently.
• Perform packaging, labelling and boxing tasks.
• Follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Cooperate with managers and colleagues to maintain a safe, productive workplace.
• Report hazards, defects or incidents promptly.

A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Working hours are

Team A Rotating shift 5+2

Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun. Week 2 - Wed, Thurs.

Time : 05:45-17:45

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out processing duties (e.g. hanging, filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration – depending on the area of work).
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Produce a high standard of work consistently.
• Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks.
• Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
• Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.

Health & Safety Responsibilities
