Job summary

Select Appointments in Brandon, Suffolk is recruiting Process Operatives for an immediate start to join a busy cosmetic manufacturing site. The role offers a four-day working week with Fridays–Sundays off, plus a competitive hourly rate for night shifts.

You will work Mon–Thu, 18:00–06:00, handling materials and supporting production. Ideal candidates will have prior production/manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail and a reliable, safety‑conscious approach.

We are currently recruiting Process Operatives for an immediate start with a busy and growing cosmetic manufacturing company in Brandon, Suffolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a hands-on production role, competitive weekly pay, and a fantastic four-day working week, giving you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and preparing raw materials
• Accurately measuring materials to meet production requirements
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
• Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the production process
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Pay: £13.50 per hour Night Shift
Hours: Monday–Thursday
Night Shift: 18:00–06:00
