Job summary

Kroo Bank Ltd is seeking a Process Mapping Analyst in Manchester to analyse, document and optimise processes within the Operations Division. You will develop end-to-end maps, identify risks, drive improvements and train teams on new workflows in a collaborative, fast-paced neobank environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptionally analytical and outstanding thinking skills.
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process Documentation and Mapping: Develop detailed end-to-end process maps that clearly depict the workflows within the Operations Division.
• Risk and Issue Identification: Proactively identify and assess potential risks and inefficiencies in current business processes.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Analyse processes to identify areas for enhancement and implement changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Training and Development: Create and execute training programs for new processes and updated workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of implemented processes using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT, Compliance and front-line customer service teams to align processes with business objectives.
• Customer Insight Integration: Use customer feedback and data analytics to inform process changes.
