Job summary

Kroo Bank is seeking a Process Mapping Analyst to help analyse, document and optimise processes within the Operations Division. You will map end-to-end workflows and identify inefficiencies to drive smoother customer service.

You will collaborate with IT, Compliance and frontline teams, develop training, monitor performance and implement improvements that align with Kroo's standards of transparency and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptionally analytical and outstanding thinking skills.
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end process maps that clearly depict workflows within the Operations Division.
• Identify and assess risks and inefficiencies; propose robust solutions.
• Analyse processes to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Create and execute training programs for new processes.
• Regularly monitor process performance using qualitative and quantitative measures.
