Formación

• Experience in manufacturing, processing, recycling, aggregates or similar industrial environments.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and performance management.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental best practices.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support safe and efficient production operations.
• Monitor production, quality and efficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for productivity and reliability.
