Hunter Selection is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for an on-site role in Evesham, Worcestershire. You will oversee site operations, engineering, HSE, compliance, financial performance, and team leadership to ensure the facility runs safely, efficiently and profitably.

You will report to senior management and lead operations and maintenance teams, drive improvement initiatives, manage budgets and projects, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Formación

• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent health & safety experience.
• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, production, process, or operational facilities.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and operational performance.
• Engineering background.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational best practices.

Responsabilidades

£55,000 - £65,000 + £6600 Car Allowance + £5000 Bonus + on call allowance

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Plant Manager to take responsibility for the overall performance of a busy industrial operation. This position will oversee site operations, engineering, health & safety, compliance, financial performance, and team leadership, ensuring the facility operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.

Reporting into senior management, you will lead operational and maintenance teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage budgets and projects, and ensure all regulatory and company standards are maintained.
