Job summary

Kepak Group is recruiting for experienced Process Leads at Kepak St. Merryn in Merthyr Tydfil. This full-time role operates on a 3 days on/3 days off shift (6.00am-6.30pm) with a pay rate of £15.42 per hour.

You will support the Team Leader to maximise line output, ensure safety, quality and efficient changeovers in a fast-paced meat processing environment. The position requires strong analytical skills, ability to multitask, and effective people management to drive performance while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a production environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams on the line.

Responsibilities

• Promote a line safety culture and follow procedures to prevent incidents.
• Support quality standards and participate in audits and corrective actions.
• Assist Team Leader to achieve production targets and optimise line performance.
• Coordinate operators for efficient changeovers and timely documentation.
• Understand cost drivers like yield and waste and support improvement actions.
