Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking a Process Lead on a 12 Month FTC in Leicester. You will drive loss elimination, build process capability, and coach line teams to improve safety, quality, and throughput. The role requires strong data-driven problem solving and change-management capabilities.

As part of a diverse site, you will collaborate with line leads and maintenance, participate in training, and lead end-to-end governance for daily operations and stops.

Qualifications

• Strong on-the-floor technical credibility with operators.
• Effective communication and active listening skills.
• Passion for identifying losses and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily line meetings and execute the daily plan.
• Achieve centerline completion and compliance.
• Ensure changeover adherence and critique performance.
• Identify and eliminate process losses.
• Build process capability and control.
• Lead change management and validation processes.
• Coach teams in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Share learnings across processes and plants.
• Use reliability engineering and data tools to drive improvements.
• Develop self through corporate and external training.
