Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a motivated Process Engineer to optimize and improve manufacturing processes at their Crumlin site. This hands-on role involves working closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure efficient production.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years’ experience in a similar environment. Knowledge of Lean and problem-solving skills is essential. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
• Proven skills in process optimisation and problem-solving.
• Experience in film extrusion, converting, packaging, or continuous manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process control and drive continuous improvement.
• Define SOPs and process parameters in line with product and quality requirements.
• Use root cause analysis and SPC to reduce non-conformances.
