Job summary

Permanent Futures Limited is seeking a proactive Process Engineer to optimise manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement across production operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, quality and efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role involves analysing performance, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions using Lean, Six Sigma and CI methodologies to support ongoing growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and CI methodologies.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support production planning by maintaining accurate ERP/MRP data, creating production routings, and ensuring technical documentation is up to date.

• Previous experience as a Process Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
